MCP
Use MoboStudioAI from other AI tools, and give the builder your own tools.
MoboStudioAI as an MCP server
Build and follow projects from Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP client.
Sign in (recommended). Add the server URL to your client — for Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http mobostudio https://YOUR-DOMAIN/api/mcp
When the client asks you to authenticate, a MoboStudioAI page opens: check the app name and the address it sends you back to, then click Allow. The app then appears under Settings → API & MCP → Connected apps, where you can disconnect it at any time.
Or use a token, for clients without sign-in: create a personal access token in Settings → API & MCP (it's shown once) and send it as Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN.
Tools: list_projects, get_project, read_file, start_build (create a project or change one — spends your credits) and get_build (follow progress). Revoke tokens and connected apps any time in settings.
Your MCP servers in builds
In Settings → API & MCP → Your MCP servers, add a Streamable HTTP MCP server (for example your issue tracker or internal docs). Header values such as API keys are stored encrypted and can't be viewed again. Its tools become available to the builder in all your projects, or only in the project you choose, and the builder calls them when they help.
Only add servers you trust: the builder sends them the arguments it chooses and treats what they return as information, not instructions. Servers must use https and a public address.
